Benjamin Blackwood brings a rare blend of top-tier consulting, corporate strategy, and energy sector experience to lead BAG. Before launching this venture, he held roles at Oliver Wyman and RBC, and advising global businesses on digital transformation, capital planning, and operational efficiency.

Over the last four years, he’s built venture portfolios, led business improvement initiatives in the energy space, and delivered growth strategies for clients across North America.

His approach is hands-on, results-driven, and grounded in data. He partners closely with clients and domain experts to deliver high-impact automation and AI solutions focused on clear ROI and proven results.

Jason Sun leads the technical vision and engineering strategy behind our automation and AI systems. With deep experience in full-stack development, cloud architecture, and ML infrastructure, Jason ensures every solution is both scalable and practical.

He has built enterprise-grade data systems for clients ranging from fintech startups to large professional services firms, and has worked for and with global leaders like Apple and Amazon to develop resilient, secure, and high-performance software solutions.

Jason is passionate about applying engineering best practices to real-world business ops challenges — making AI usable, reliable, fast to deploy, and accessible for all.
